当店では美しい水と空気の中でストレスなく育った新鮮な「大山どり」を使用しています。焼き鳥はシンプルなお料理ですが、だからこそ素材の味をしっかりと感じることができ、職人の腕も試されます。外側はこんがりと、それでいてお肉はジューシーにお召し上がりいただけるのが絶妙な焼き加減。色々な部位を味わうなら「大山どり 串焼き盛り合わせ」がおすすめです。どの部位もそれぞれ味の特徴や個性があるのでぜひゆっくりとお召し上がりください。
