Meat platter is one of our best-selling menu items. Three types of meat are seared and grilled to lock in the umami of the meat, making it a juicy and hearty dish.
Please enjoy the umami of the ingredients themselves, such as high quality Nakaurochi-Karubi (ribs), Daisen-dori chicken, and specially selected pork, from which only a small amount of each animal is harvested.
