Our restaurant offers a variety of creative dishes using carefully selected ingredients. We are particularly particular about yakitori and other seared dishes, which are grilled slowly over an exquisite flame to create a juicy, umami-packed, and exceptional flavor. Here, we would like to introduce our signature yakitori, which is representative of our seared dishes.
We recommend the five-piece set that includes the ever-popular thigh, green onion, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver. We also offer other skewers such as Hatsu skewers and Garikuma skewers, which we hope you will enjoy. You can choose from tare (sauce) or shio (salt) flavor.
Sebiri-yaki is a simple cooking method, but it requires craftsmanship to make it delicious. We serve it to our customers in its most delicious state by carefully monitoring the degree of grilling!
Our yakitori is, of course, domestically produced, but we also use Daisen chicken, a brand name chicken from Tottori Prefecture. Daisen-dori are raised in a place full of nature and are free from stress, so their meat is juicy and full of flavor.
The company's integrated production management, from cultivation to processing, ensures safety and security, and is highly regarded for its freshness and sanitation.
