In addition to a variety of menu items, Rakuzo Toyama offers a wide selection of alcoholic beverages. In addition to the usual beers, sours, cocktails, plum wine, wine, etc., we also offer premium shochu and sake from all over Japan that are hard to find.
 
Today, we would like to introduce the brands of shochu and sake that we offer at our restaurant. We hope you will enjoy them as they all go well with our menu, including our signature seared dishes.
 

Enjoy a wide range of shochu to your liking!

Our shochu offerings include Kanaguro, Kurokirishima, Umi, Ikkokuja, Mitake, and Tomino Hozan for sweetpotato; Nanjakanja, Enma, Kaminokawa, and brown sugar shochu Noren for barley; Hakudake and Shiro for rice shochu; and Zanba and Black for awamori.
 
It can be ordered by the glass with water or on the rocks, or by the bottle. Bottle sets of oolong tea, grapefruit juice, pickled plums, and lemon are also available for your enjoyment.
 

Sake can also be served in tokkuri or bottles.

Sake offerings include Honjozo dry sake Ichinokura, Tokusen Junmai superb Yoshinogawa, Daiginjo Hiyashibori served in wine glasses, Honjozo Hakkaizan, Seishu Ottersai, and etc.
 
Depending on the brand, we can serve it by the glass, Tokugawa (sake bottle), or bottle.
