本格炙りが楽しめる「楽蔵富山店」では、お肉を使った炙り料理だけでなく、鮮度抜群のお魚を使った料理も豊富にご用意しております。当店では、日本全国の漁港から毎日魚の仕入れを行っていますので、鮮度には自信のある魚介類をご提供しております。

いろいろなお造りをご用意しております


その日に仕入れた魚介類を使用した各種お造りをご用意しております。旬の魚を日替わりでお楽しみいただける本日のお造りから、特選お造りの3品盛り、5品盛りまでご用意いたします。
 
お造りの盛り合わせはテーブルにひとつあるだけで華やかになります。いろいろな鮮魚を楽しみたいときにもぜひご利用ください。
 

炙りで楽しむ魚介類もそろえました


鮮魚のお造りとしてご提供しているだけでなく、炙りでの魚介類もご用意しております。ホッケの一夜干しやエイヒレの炙り、するめ烏賊の甘辛炙りなどバラエティー豊かな魚介の炙りがございます。
 
仕入れを活かして、その日に仕入れたカマの炙りもご注文いただけます。
