Oyama chicken Tsukune skewers with cartilage: 660 yen (tax included)
The takeout menu features a lineup of items made primarily from chicken. Three types of yakitori, carefully grilled by artisans, are available: tsukune with cartilage, negima (green onion), and liver. The juicy and tender young chicken is served with deep-fried Tatsuta, and the uniquely addictive gizzard skin is served with deep-fried chicken.
Tender young chicken is also used for garlic rice, which is the perfect ending to a meal or alcoholic beverage. The mellow aroma of garlic and the delicious taste of young chicken are irresistible.
