Today, we would like to introduce a dish that many people are tempted to order because of its delicious aroma.
 

How about corn in the middle of its season?

Browned! Grilled corn with charred soy sauce - 690 yen
If you come to our restaurant during this season, we hope you will try this grilled corn. Corn is in season from mid-June to mid-September, which means that it is in season right now. Eating corn when it is in season has the advantage of providing the nutrients necessary for the season, but the best part is that this dish is cooked whole with the skin still on, so it is juicy and its sweetness is concentrated when it is grilled. When soy sauce is added, a delicious savory aroma fills the air.
