本日は美味しい香りに誘われてついつい注文者が多発する一品をご紹介いたします。
 

旬真っ只中のトウモロコシはいかがですか？


こんがり！焼きとうもろこし　～焦がし醤油ソース～・・・690円
今の時期に当店へお越しの際は是非お召し上がりいただきたい一品がこちらの「焼とうもろこし」です。トウモロコシの旬は6月中旬～9月中旬でまさに今が旬の時期な食材です。旬のものを旬の時期に食べることは、その季節に必要な栄養素が摂取できるというメリットもありますが、なんと言ってもこちらの一品、皮が付いたまま丸ごと調理するため、焼き上がりはジューシーで甘味がギュッと凝縮されています。そこに醤油が追加されると、香ばしい美味しい香りが充満します。
 
焼くときは皮付きですが、カットしてご提供しておりますので、お召し上がりいただきやすい一品です。是非、夏の旬が旬のトウモロコシを当店でお召し上がりください。
