Today, we are introducing the best nabe in the pot, the motsu nabe, which is also a great snack.
Taiwanese Tango-Nabe
The most popular dish at our restaurant is Taiwanese Motsunabe. The minced meat with a flavor of hawk's claw and garlic, which are indispensable for Taiwanese mazesoba, is generously topped on top of the motsu nabe.
