Many people think of Rakuzo as a place where you can enjoy seared dishes! Many people must have an image of Rakuzo as "seared food".
We would like to introduce three popular seared delicacies using our special ingredients.

The first item is dried hokke (hokke) overnight, which is popular with customers of all ages.
Dried hokke go well with any kind of alcohol, including sake and beer.
We carefully sear the thick meat of our hokke and serve it hot.
