Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Toyama Ekimae.

We are a restaurant where you can enjoy creative Japanese cuisine using products from the mountains and the sea, and our delicious chicken dishes in particular are highly acclaimed. In this issue, we would like to introduce a selection of our signature chicken dishes that we hope you will enjoy when you visit our restaurant. Please use them as a reference for your order.

 

A juicy and voluptuous bottle

The "Daisen Dori Chicken Toro Meat Grilled on a Large Salt Skewer" is yakitori made from Daisen Dori carefully raised at the foot of Mt. The meat quality of the chicken is excellent, with little peculiarity or odor, and is one of the most popular items on our menu. This is one of the most popular items on our menu.1The book is voluminous and very juicy. Our experienced chefs grill them so that the surface is crispy and the inside is plump. Please enjoy the exquisite sear.

This is for beer snacks!

A chicken dish recommended as a snack with beer is "Wakadori no Tatsuta-age" (fried young chicken with tornado sauce). It is seasoned a bit strongly to go with beer. Inside the crispy skin, the chicken meat full of flavor emerges. For those who like fried chicken, we also recommend the "Fried Gizzard Gizzard with Silver Skin," which is a more snackable dish. The more you chew, the more the flavor spreads, and you will not be able to stop holding your beer!

All of the dishes will be brought to you freshly fried and hot, so please be careful not to burn yourself.
