Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Toyama Ekimae.
It is the end of the year, and some of you may be feeling the flow of time differently than usual. We are all busy with cleaning, shopping, preparing for the New Year, and other busy but enjoyable tasks. How about a dinner party at Rakura during break time? Daisen chicken raised in the nature of Daisen is valued for its reliable meat quality. The Daisen chicken is skewered and seared with expert skill at our restaurant.

We offer a variety of skewers, including "thigh skewers" for tender meat, "Negima skewers" that go great with fragrant green onions, "skin skewers" for a delightful texture, "liver skewers" that are full of nutrition, "gizzard skewers," "hatsu skewers," "bonjiri skewers," and more. We also have a few different items on our menu, such as the "Garlic Skewer," so please ask our staff if you find something that interests you. Our staff will be happy to help you find the part of the meat you are looking for.

Tsukune skewers with cartilage are another popular menu item at Daisen Dori. You can't get enough of the delicious texture of the cartilage and the meaty flavor of the tsukune. It is also known to go well with beer.

For those who want to try many different parts of the meat, we also offer "assorted skewers" in sets of 5 or 8 pieces. Choose from either sauce or salt seasoning.
