Hello, I am the PR manager for RAKUZO Toyama Ekimae.

「季節のおすすめ」は、それぞれの季節に合わせたものをご用意しています。

旬を迎えた食材やその時期にぴったりな調理法で仕上げたお料理、特別価格でご用意しているお料理などをメニューアップしています。
現在は、夏メニューとなっておりますが、夏の「季節のおすすめ」は9月4日までの予定です。食べ忘れがないか、今一度チェックしてみてくださいね。

 

Seafood in season!

2023年夏の「季節のおすすめ」には、旬の海鮮が登場しています。登場しているのは、鰻、ニダイ、鱧の3種。鰻はかば焼きにして串にしました。
口周りが汚れにくいとして、女性のお客様からも人気です。上品で繊細な味が楽しめるメダイは、昆布締めにして旨みをアップ。さわやかな薬味で夏らしい味に仕上げています。
鱧は、サクサクのカツになって登場です。梅肉おろしポン酢、山椒塩を添えてお持ちいたします。カツですが、さっぱりとお召しあがりいただけ、この時期らしい美味しさをお楽しみいただけます。

 

期間限定のお肉のメニューも

鮮度の良い海鮮自慢の当店ですが、お肉のお料理もたくさんあります。「季節のおすすめ」では、「黒毛和牛赤身肉のステーキ」を期間限定の特別価格、お一人様2,189円（税込み）でご用意しています。上質な黒毛和牛の赤身肉は、あっさりとしながらも噛むほどに旨みがあふれます。ダイレクトにおいしさをご堪能いただけるステーキでどうぞ。
