The "Chicken Nanban with Plenty of Egg Tartar Sauce" is one of our most popular dishes, combining juicy chicken with a rich egg tartar sauce. The crispy sound of the chicken when it is cut is also irresistible.

Lay a colorful paper plate on top of a large plate and arrange the cut chicken nanban. That is all it takes to create a dish that is pleasing to the eye. To savor the tartar sauce, you can also serve it with bread or sticks of vegetables.

Dashi" is an important ingredient for chefs to enhance the flavor of ingredients. We have made dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) using dashi that has been carefully prepared. Dashi-scented dashi-kotsukuru dashimaki tamago" is one of the most popular dishes on our menu, with customers of all ages coming back again and again. Please use this dish for a dinner party where you want to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
