One of Rakura's specialties is course meals that maximize the deliciousness of the ingredients. In order to preserve the flavors of the four seasons, the menu is renewed each season. The winter menu will be available until the 11th of this month, so please make reservations to ensure that you do not miss out.
One of the most popular winter courses is the hot, steamy nabe. How about a nabe dish in which various ingredients create a wonderful harmony in a single pot? Now is the time to enjoy it.
The "Ajiwai (hot pot) Course" of 4,000 yen (tax included), featuring the standard Yose-nabe, has become popular for banquets and drinking parties. Please fully enjoy "Yose-nabe with juicy wakadori chicken and cartilage tsukune," a tasty dish with a crunchy texture.
Nabe is not the only winter menu. Please pay attention to the "Selected (Ippin) Course. The menu includes a selection of seasonal delicacies such as ponzu ponzu (ponzu flavored whitebait) as an appetizer, assorted sashimi made from carefully selected ingredients that are at their best at this time of year, and steamed egg custard with crab innards and a hint of dashi broth.
