Many of you may have decided to finish off a drinking session with ochazuke. Ochazuke is a classic menu item that is easy on the stomach and a great way to end a party. At our restaurant, we offer two kinds of ochazuke: the basic "ume" and "salmon" flavors.

The special soy sauce-based sauce is carefully applied over and over again so that the rice does not fall apart, and the rice is carefully and slowly grilled until golden brown.
