竹炭焼きの次にご紹介するのは、真っ赤な見た目に驚かれることが多い「楽蔵の春雨辛麺」です。この夏の期間限定メニューとして登場しているもので、刺激的な味わいが魅力の創作麺です。ニンニク入り旨辛スープは、辛いだけでなく旨みもたっぷり。一度食べたらやみつきになるおいしさとして人気を集めていますよ。麺に使用しているのは、さつまいもの澱粉から作ったタンミョンです。つるりとしたのどごしとザクザクとした歯ごたえが小気味良く、飲んだあとの〆にもおすすめ。
