We recommend the "Yaizu Port Unloaded Bonito Tataki. The bonito caught at Yaizu Port in Shizuoka Prefecture is roasted over charcoal, sealing in all the flavor. Please enjoy it with condiments.
The "Seared Kumamoto Prefecture Dai-nagan Eggplant" is also an excellent dish. The eggplant is simply grilled to perfection, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture and a refined sweetness.
