全席個室 楽蔵‐RAKUZO‐ 富山駅前店では、季節の素材を取り入れた「今だけの味」をご堪能いただけます。

おすすめは「焼津港水揚げ　鰹のたたき」。静岡県焼津港で獲れた鰹を炭火で香ばしく炙り、うまみをぎゅっと閉じ込めた逸品です。薬味と合わせてお楽しみください。

また、「熊本県産大長なすの炙り」も一押しの逸品です。熊本県産の大長なすをシンプルに焼き上げ、とろける食感と上品な甘みを味わえるひと品に仕上げています。

さらに、「楽蔵の春雨辛麺」「スイートポテトフライ 黒蜜マスカルポーネホイップ」「チキンカツ　小茄子のからし漬タルタル」「塩炒り銀杏」などのメニューもお楽しみいただけます。
