The main nabe dish will be \"Yose-nabe\" (young chicken and soft-bone Tsukune), which allows you to fully enjoy the flavorful broth from the chicken meat. The vegetables will absorb the chicken broth, giving it a sweet and deep flavor. You will be tempted to have another serving!<\/p>\n<p>Udon noodles will be served as the end of the nabe, but it can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) if requested at the time of reservation.
