The cold weather is still continuing, but on such occasions, how about our "Winter Recommendation Menu"? Please enjoy a variety of colorful menus using a rich variety of seasonal ingredients.

 

A menu that warms both body and soul, unique to winter

One-pot dish of young chicken and soft bone Tsukune with ginger and soy milk
This ginger soy milk nabe is a must for cold winters. The chicken flavor is soaked up, so it goes great with sake. The light yet rich ginger flavor makes this nabe a delightful warm nabe.

Seared duck in a grass pot
This is an excellent hot pot in which juicy duck can be tasted. Filled with rooted celery, bean sprouts, and other vegetables, this grass hot pot has a unique and addictive taste. We accept minimum order of 2 servings.

Dashi-maki Tamago (Egg rolled in broth)
Fluffy dashimaki tamago (rolled egg) with an ankake (starchy sauce) containing egg whites is made with light snow. This is a winter-only arrangement.

 

We also have a winter staple, motsu nabe!

We offer two types of motsu nabe: shiro motsu nabe and akamotsu nabe. We also offer rice for zosui, ramen noodles, udon noodles, etc. to finish the meal, making it ideal for a small drinking party. Orders are accepted from 2 persons.

A Johnnie Walker highball is the perfect accompaniment to winter dishes. We offer Triple Grain American Oak 10 Year Old (limited quantities), Black Labé 12 Year Old, and Green Label 15 Year Old.

 

Our restaurant is a top-rank izakaya where you can enjoy seasonal fish and authentic seared dishes in a completely private room. Please enjoy authentic seared dishes and Kyushu shochu in the private space of our main, completely private room. Our chef is proud of his creative cuisine, which is lavishly prepared with seafood from the sea and the mountains.
All banquet courses using a variety of seasonal ingredients start at 4,000 yen (tax included) and include all-you-can-drink for two hours.
