Even though we are an izakaya (Japanese style bar) that serves alcoholic beverages, we also want our customers to be satisfied with our food. With this in mind, Rakuzo Utage Ueno Ekimae Branch offers a variety of dishes that will fill you up. This time, we would like to introduce some of our hearty dishes.

You can order steak out of the blue! 

This is a steak of beef misuji. The meatballs are a rare part of the beef, and only about 3 kg of them can be obtained from one cow. It is a tender part with a unique texture. Please enjoy this beef misuji steak with our special sauce of grated onion and apple. It goes well with sake. 1,285 yen.

Spicy and addictive: Mantan-yakisoba

This is Rakura's arrangement of yakisoba, a staple menu item at izakaya (Japanese style pubs). The spicy yakisoba with firm noodles, plenty of chives and special tangy sauce will surely make your beer go down a notch. 810 yen.

Our special fried chicken is just huge! The meat itself is seasoned, but it also goes great with our special chili sauce. It is a little spicy, so please adjust it little by little. This item is priced at 961 yen.

For those who like it a little spicy, how about the Taiwanese Motsu Hot Pot? We take pride in the texture of our beef entrails, which are stewed for a long time. We also have a non-spicy version available. Both dishes can be ordered in quantities of 2 servings or more. (1,393 yen per person)
