When fish, meat, and sweets are seared, they have a different richness than when eaten as is. Rakuzo Utage Ueno Ekimae Branch is an izakaya where you can enjoy such seared dishes.

The seared fish is superbly seared to enhance the flavor!

Yakitori also takes its flavor to the next level by being seared.

Assorted 5 pieces of thigh, green onion, gizzard, chicken skin, and liver with salt and sauce.

We also have Japanese ponjiri skewers, Japanese chicken tsukune skewers with cartilage, and seared pork roll skewers with leeks.

Please also try the slightly different shiitake mushroom skewers from Minamishimabara, Nagasaki Prefecture, or the mochi bacon and cheese skewers.

Duck meat is also juicy and succulent when seared!

Add rooted celery and pea shoots to the duck and you have a "grass hot pot" full of vegetables. It is a delicious dish that you will want to try again and again.

Zosui (rice porridge) sets, udon and ramen noodles can be added.

Other dishes include seared beef tongue and a hearty assortment of medium-rare ribs, specially selected pork, and young chicken.
