This red meat steak is made from Japanese A4 rank Wagyu beef.
It is not rich, but Japanese style and refreshing.
During the season when you are prone to fatigue and loss of energy, we recommend replenishing your stamina with delicious wagyu beef.

This cod milt tempura has an exquisite texture: crispy on the outside and rich and creamy on the inside.
January through February is the best season for milt. Tempura (tempura) gives them an even deeper flavor.
