While our signature dish is authentic seared seafood, we also offer a full menu of other snacks. In addition to standard snacks such as edamame (green soybeans) and assorted pickled vegetables, we also offer a variety of other delicious and creative snacks such as extra-thick crispy pickled bamboo shoots and chopped cucumbers with ume plum paste.

Especially recommended is the popular dashi-scented dashimaki tamago. The rich flavor of the dashimaki can be felt in the fluffy omelet.
