Our restaurant offers a wide range of seared dishes grilled by our artisans. Today, we would like to introduce some of our signature seared dishes for your enjoyment.

The chicken skewers served at our restaurant are made from Daisen Dori, a brand-name chicken. The Oyama chicken skewers are a perfect choice for those who want to try a different kind of chicken skewer.

We offer a wide variety of cuts of meat, including the popular thigh, negima, kawa (skin), hatsu (heart), and gizzard. All of these can be ordered in quantities of one, so please feel free to try any of them. We also have an assortment.

 

Enjoy a generous portion of seared meat.

The artisanal seared meats are perfect for when you want a hearty menu. Our original herb sausages and dice steak of US medium-rare ribs are perfect with beer.

We also offer a variety of seared dishes that are a bit extravagant, such as steak made from a rare part of beef, and the popular seared beef tongue.

 

Our restaurant is a one-rank higher private room izakaya where you can enjoy seasonal fish and authentic seared dishes.
