Today, we would like to introduce a few selections from our current "Seasonal Recommendations.
Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)
Have you ever heard of a dish called "Ryukyu"? Ryukyu is a local dish of Oita Prefecture. It is a dish that goes well with sake, made by marinating raw yellowtail in sesame and soy sauce. The flavor of the yellowtail and the aroma of the sesame seeds are a perfect match! Please try it!
Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Next, we will introduce a warm hot pot dish recommended for winter, "Yose-konabe in a thick white broth". Please enjoy the ingredients together with the warm broth infused with the flavor of the ingredients. You will enjoy the light yet rich and thick flavor of the soup.
In addition to this, we also offer a one-pot dish called "Seared Duck Seri Nabe (from 2 servings) / 1,290 yen (excluding tax).
