Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Ueno Ekimae Store.

 

At Rakuzo Utage Ueno Ekimae, we are confident not only in our meat but also in our seafood. We have a variety of menu items as well as fresh sashimi.

 

Seared stingray fin, a standard dish (680 yen)

We are proud of the careful searing of our ray fins. The soft curve of the ray fin is proof that it has been seared with care. Please enjoy it with mayonnaise.

 

Daily special: Today's kama-yaki (745 yen)

Next to the seared ray fins is the kama-yaki. The fish is prepared in season, so it changes depending on the time of year. Please enjoy the different taste every time.

 

Sweet and spicy seared squid goes well with sake.

This is a seared surumei crab with a sweet and spicy sauce. The sweet and spicy sauce will surely make your drinks go down a storm. 745 yen.

Try also the dried hokke (691 yen) and seared vinegared mackerel (745 yen).

 

Still, I'd like you to have some sashimi.

This is thinly sliced mizu-tako octopus. Although mako-octopus is the most common type of octopus, many people say that mizu-tako is superior to maki-octopus in sashimi. The unique texture of this dish is addictive. Please order it once. Thinly sliced mizu-tako octopus is priced at 790 yen.

 

We also have several sashimi available.

We are proud to offer three types of sashimi of the day in addition to the three-piece and five-piece platters.

The three-course meal is priced at 1,177 yen, the five-course meal at 1,825 yen, and today's sashimi at 853 yen.
