Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Ueno Ekimae Store.

 

Food that is in season is still tastier when eaten while it is in season.
Most of them are usually out of season in about three months, and the next season is usually a year later.

Some of the dishes we offer at our restaurant use such ingredients that are about to end their season.
You can wait until a year from now, but we hope you will try it at our restaurant before it is out of season.

Among the seasonal mackerel, also called "autumn mackerel," we serve sashimi that has been firmly caught in the ocean currents off the coast of Nagasaki and has a firm, firm flesh.
