At our restaurant, we offer "dashi-scented dashimaki tamago" (704 yen (including tax)), which has a lingering aroma of dashi, as well as a variety of other dashimaki tamago arrangements.
One of them is the "Dashimaki W-tamago with sweet sauce" shown in the photo. The thick texture of the raw egg and the sweet sauce are a perfect match for the dashimaki tamago! Please try it!
