The dish we would like to recommend this time is the "Special Beef MISUJI Steak with Grated Onion and Apple Sauce" (1,529 yen (tax included)). The beef tendon is a rare part of a cow, and only a few kilograms of it can be obtained from a single cow. The meat is tender and juicy with just the right amount of sashi!
