First of all, we would like to introduce "sashimi," a recommended accompaniment for shishu drinking. Many sake lovers will choose "sashimi" as an accompaniment to their drinks. This is the "Seared Salmon Sashimi with grated shiso leaves" which has been made more flavorful by being seared. It is served with salmon and grated shiso leaves, a condiment that enhances the flavor of salmon, so please use it as you like.
