Do you often enjoy grilled skewers at Japanese-style pubs? Kushiyaki is one of the standard menu items, and we offer a variety of kushiyaki made with Tottori's local chicken, "Daisen-dori". Above is a selection of skewers available for take-out.

The next item we will introduce is dashimaki tamago, which is recommended when you want to take a breather. It has a fluffy texture and the aroma of dashi (Japanese soup stock) spreads in your mouth. It is recommended as an accompaniment to sake or as a side dish with rice. We hope you enjoy it.
