Are you a fan of enjoying seasonal flavors? Our restaurant offers a "Seasonal Menu" that allows you to enjoy the flavors of the season as the seasons change. The summer menu is currently available, but the menu will soon switch to the fall menu, so please enjoy the summer menu while you still can.

First, we would like to introduce a crispy and delicious "Hamo Katsu (hamo cutlet) with grated plum paste ponzu sauce and sansho (Japanese pepper) salt. The hamo (Japanese conger eel) is freshly harvested and quickly deep-fried into a cutlet. The fluffy meat that emerges from the batter is very appetizing. It is served with grated plum paste and sansho salt, so please use as you like.
