Our restaurant offers a variety of menus according to the changing seasons. This is the special "Red Meat Steak of Japanese Black Beef" from our seasonal menu. It is an excellent dish made from sumptuous Kuroge Wagyu beef. Since it is lean, please enjoy the original flavor of the meat as it is.
