The main nabe is "Hakubutsu nabe with wakadori chicken and soft-bone tsukune (chicken ball).
Shiranyu-nabe is a hot pot characterized by a cloudy white broth made by simmering chicken stock until it emulsifies.
This hot pot is filled with tender young chicken, tsumire and vegetables, and is excellent for beauty.
Other hearty dishes such as "Three Kinds of Sashimi Assortment" and "Red Fish with Seaweed Tartar Nanban" will satisfy your appetite.
The meal ends with a side dish of rice porridge, which can be changed to ramen if requested at the time of reservation.

This is a slightly richer nabe course than the "Seasonal Creations (Nabe) Course.
The main hot pot is "Sesame Soy Milk Hot Pot with Spanish Pork 'Artissimo Ribasam'".

Other dishes such as "three kinds of assorted sashimi" and "batter-fried red fish and scallop with nanban tartar" are also featured in the "Seasonal Creation (nabe) Course," which is a little different from the "Seasonal Creation (nabe) Course" in volume.
