Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Umeda store.
There are many kinds of drinking parties, but choosing a restaurant for "business entertainment" can be quite confusing.
Many of you may be wondering, "I don't know what the recipient likes to drink..." or "What kind of menu should I choose in the first place...?
Our restaurant offers several "Kaiseki courses" that are perfect for business entertainment.
You can choose according to your content and budget sensitivity, and we hope we can help you have a wonderful entertainment experience.
In this issue, we will introduce such a kaiseki course.
Although it is called "Kuzushi," it is a full-fledged course that begins with "Sake Kasu Cheese Tofu with Salmon Roe" as an appetizer.
There are three appetizers alone: "Fried baby shishamo," "Roast beef and broccoli," and "Bacon potato salad with a thickened egg," which is a perfect volume.
Other dishes such as "three kinds of sashimi," "beef kainomi steak," and "seafood bara chirashi" will satisfy both meat and fish lovers.
This is the nabe version of the Kuzushi Kaiseki (Ippin) Course.
The volume of the dish will remain the same, but the main dish will be changed to "Seared duck in a grass pot".
Kusa nabe is a hot pot that is filled with vegetables, mainly green vegetables, and is popular among women.
Udon noodles are also served at the end of the meal, and can be changed to zosui (rice porridge) or ramen if requested at the time of reservation.
Dessert at the end of the meal can be upgraded for an additional 200 yen (excluding tax), and is recommended for entertaining mainly female guests.
As the name suggests, this is a kaiseki course of sushi.
The sumptuous menu includes "Chef's Special Five Kinds Sashimi Assortment," "Seared Japanese Wagyu Beef," followed by "Chirashi Sushi with Snow Crab and Salmon Roe" as the main dish.
Dessert is included at the end of the meal, so please use this menu when you have a special occasion! Please use it for your important business entertainment.
