Spring has arrived! Introducing our signature dishes using seasonal ingredients | Rakura Utage Umeda

Hello, I am the PR person in charge of Rakuzo Utage Umeda Store.

We are now past the halfway point of April. The sun is shining warmly and our hearts are in high spirits. On such days, why don't you enjoy seasonal delicacies using spring ingredients at our restaurant?

Seared Mitarashi dumplings wrapped in meat, 324 yen per dumpling (tax included)

Mitarashi dumplings wrapped with pork. The sweet and spicy sauce of the mitarashi dumpling is a perfect match for the meat!

Tempura of myoga bamboo and bamboo shoots 745 yen (tax included)

Myoga is characterized by its subtle fragrance and crunchy texture. Myouga bamboo, the young stem of myouga, is a precious foodstuff that is in season from March to April.

Please also enjoy the soft and flavorful bamboo shoots.

Hatsugatsuo (first bonito) has been called the fish that heralds the arrival of spring since ancient times. It is characterized by its refreshing and fresh flavor. One bite and the delicious flavor of the bonito and the fresh salt taste will spread in your mouth.

Sashimi of sakura shrimps 745 yen (tax included)

The cute spring pink color of this sashimi is truly reminiscent of cherry blossoms.

We purchase fresh sakura shrimps as they are fresh. This is the only time you can taste this sweet taste!
