The next item we will introduce is "Aburi-shibari saba" (mackerel with a vinegared flavor). This mackerel is made with sugar, salt, vinegar, and other ingredients, and is full of flavor, but at the same time refreshing. The fat from the mackerel is slowly seared, and the fat is then released.

Lastly, we would like to introduce you to the "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Seasoning". The squid is seasoned with a sweet and spicy flavor.
