Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

The cool nights are continuing, but is everyone catching a cold?

In this issue, we would like to introduce a dish using a hot skillet that is great on a cold day. Skillet is a cast iron frying pan with excellent heat conduction and heat storage properties, so it does not get cold easily. Please enjoy hot dishes at our restaurant!

 

Plump and juicy herb sausage! Enjoy it with beer!

Made with the finest ingredients! Seared herb sausage 790 yen (excluding tax)

The word "kinsei" means "made with care and attention. The herb sausage, which is made with a firm heart, has a good balance of herbs and pork fat, and the skin is crispy and the inside is juicy. Please enjoy it with plenty of mustard.

The french fries are the perfect accompaniment! It is nice to be able to enjoy them slightly browned in the skillet.

 

Amazing blackness! Japanese blackened chicken is best served hot!

Blackened domestic oyadori chicken 850 yen (excluding tax)

Oyadori is a chicken meat with a more elastic texture and firmer meat than that of newborn chicks. High-quality domestic oyadori is served blackened and grilled. You may be surprised at the appearance, but it is by no means burnt.

The more you chew, the more flavorful it becomes.
