Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.
One of the most popular items at izakaya is fried food. Many people eat at restaurants because cooking with oil at home is too much trouble, but most importantly, fried food goes great with alcohol!
In this issue, we would like to introduce our signature creative deep-fried dishes. While standard dishes such as karaage and croquettes are popular, our creative fried dishes are gaining more and more fans. We hope you will give them a try!

Have you ever tried avocado tempura? Many people are surprised, but it is delicious.
The avocado is cooked to soften its flesh, and the combination of the tender, creamy avocado and the crispy tempura batter provides a new taste sensation.
Both the cured ham and the saltiness combine to make a great snack.
Deep fried yam 650 yen (tax not included)
Fried taro is often seen at izakaya (Japanese-style pubs), but fried yam is not so common.
Fried yam is a deep-fried dish that allows you to enjoy not only the unique stickiness of the yam, but also the texture of the potato by frying it. Aonori (green laver) is added for flavor.
You can squeeze a squeeze of lemon or add mayonnaise for a rich and delicious taste.
