Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.
The closing dish is an indispensable part of a drinking party. At our restaurant, we have a wide variety of dishes to satisfy both those who want to eat well and those who just want a little.
Please order before dessert.
Many people may say that ochazuke is the best way to end a drinking party. Ochazuke, which can be eaten without hesitation, is a perfect dish to end a drinking party, which tends to consist of many rich dishes. We have both salmon and plum ochazuke available, so why not choose the plum ochazuke for a refreshing finish, or the salmon ochazuke for a slightly richer flavor. 490 yen (tax not included).
This dish may be small, but it is still very satisfying. It is made by topping white rice with tsukune with cartilage bones, egg yolk, and green onion, which are popular on the skewer menu. Please remove the skewer and mix them thoroughly like rice with egg before serving. The crunchiness of the green onion adds a textural accent to this dish, which we are proud to offer for 550 yen (excluding tax).
The rice balls are carefully and slowly grilled to prevent the rice from falling apart, and are one of our most popular items.
Rakuzo Utage is a Japanese dining restaurant that offers private rooms of various sizes, and lavish use of seafood from the mountains and the sea.
Private rooms of various sizes are available for a variety of occasions, from small drinking parties, business entertainment and dinners to medium-sized banquets and large groups.
We will add color to your banquet with dishes that have been well received by men and women of all ages.
Please try our most popular menu items such as beef tongue and grilled skewers.
We also offer a wide variety of banquet courses with all-you-can-drink deals.
We look forward to serving you all.
