Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.
In order to provide our customers with the best seasonal ingredients, we change the contents of our banquet courses each season, and now that November is here, we are beginning to feel the hint of winter.
Our fall banquet course will end on November 25, and we hope you will visit our restaurant to finish eating the unique autumn delicacies.
One of the courses, the "Seasonal Taste Course," is recommended, and as the name suggests, is full of autumnal delicacies.
The Seasonal Taste Course, which features our specialty pork steak as the main dish, includes not only meat but also a variety of seafood dishes such as sashimi and batter-fried red fish. The course also includes dishes using mushrooms and sweet potatoes, which are unique to autumn, and is served in a very substantial package.
