Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

Our restaurant offers limited-time-only dishes using seasonal ingredients. We hope you will enjoy our unique autumnal dishes.

 

Crispy and savory kinchaku sukiyaki

The photo shows "Beef Sukiyaki Kinchi-Age". This may be a rare dish that is hard to find elsewhere. It is a crispy and savory snack made by wrapping sukiyaki ingredients such as beef, onion, and garland chrysanthemum in fried bean curd. It is served after dipping it in a thick egg, just like when eating sukiyaki. 690 yen (excluding tax).

Many people probably think of mushrooms when they think of autumn flavors. This dish is filled with mushrooms and hanpen wrapped in foil and finished with a savory buttery soy sauce. The dish is priced at 690 yen (excluding tax).

 

Sashimi of mackerel off the coast of Nagasaki that is very popular with those who like to drink.

Mackerel is in season now. We offer a generous portion of fresh chub mackerel caught off the coast of Nagasaki as sashimi, which is perfect with sake or shochu. Served at 1,090 yen (excluding tax).

In addition to the snack menu introduced here, we also offer a limited time only menu for dessert. We hope you will enjoy our special sweets made with sweet sweet potatoes.
