Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

Today, we would like to introduce a special soy sauce that we recommend you to use when serving sashimi.

Would you like to enjoy sashimi while sipping sake in our warm restaurant? Our restaurant offers a variety of sashimi that allows you to taste the fish of the season. What enhances the taste of seasonal fish is our special soy sauce. Our soy sauce is made from underground water from the Hakkouda Federation and natural salt from Shark Bay, a World Heritage site. Please enjoy the sashimi of seasonal fish with soy sauce characterized by its mild flavor.

Seared vinegared mackerel / 890 yen (excluding tax)

We recommend the fresh sashimi sashimi, but we also recommend the seared and vinegared mackerel. Please enjoy it with sake.

Other dishes include "Dried hokke (hokke) overnight / 640 yen (excluding tax)" and "Today's kama-yaki (grilled kama of the day) / 690 yen (excluding tax).
