Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.
The hot summer continues, how is everyone doing? I know some of you are feeling tired from this heat, but please be careful not to suffer from summer fatigue.
This year, our lifestyles have changed drastically, and many of you must be spending a different summer than before. If you want to feel and enjoy summer as much as possible, why don't you try some summer dishes at our restaurant? Here are some of our recommended menus using ingredients that are in season in summer.
Gorokorodori edamame-ten / 550 yen (excluding tax)
The beautiful green color of the edamame beans is eye-catching in this "Gorokorodori Edamame Ten". The crispy batter is made of fish paste and edamame (soybeans)! The flavor of edamame spreads softly in your mouth, making this dish a perfect accompaniment to alcoholic beverages. We hope you enjoy it.
Thinly sliced North Sea Water Octopus / 790 yen (excluding tax)
Next, we will introduce a dish using the season's water octopus. You will enjoy the crunchy texture of the octopus! Please enjoy it with a refreshing dip of ponzu (Japanese sauce made of citrus juice and ponzu citrus juice).
Japanese A4 Wagyu red meat steak / 1,990 yen (excluding tax)
Lastly, we would like to introduce a Japanese A4 ranked Wagyu beef steak! It is lean meat and a healthy choice. And speaking of meat dishes, it is one of the ingredients that are said to relieve fatigue.
