Our restaurant offers many Japanese dishes made with seafood and mountain vegetables! Today, we would like to introduce a menu that we recommend for a shipporin (a Japanese drink).

First of all, I would like to introduce sashimi, a classic accompaniment to sake and shochu. When drinking shochu, you may want to eat something in small quantities.
