Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

Our restaurant offers many Japanese dishes made with seafood and mountain vegetables! Today, we would like to introduce a menu that we recommend for a shipporin (a Japanese drink).

First of all, I would like to introduce sashimi, a classic accompaniment to sake and shochu. When drinking shochu, you may want to eat something in small quantities. In such cases, we recommend an assortment of sashimi that allows you to enjoy a moderate amount. We offer the recommendation of the day and carefully selected fresh fish.
