We have the perfect winter dishes for you!

Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

February has started and today is Setsubun! How is everyone doing? The cold weather is still continuing, but if you want to beat the cold, why don't you taste our recommended winter menu? Our restaurant offers a recommended menu for each season. All seats in our warm restaurant are private rooms! You can relax in your own private space.

 

On cold days, one-pot meals are the order of the day!

Yose small pot of thick white hot water / 890 yen (tax not included)
Zosui (rice porridge) set / 200 yen (excluding tax)
Ramen or Udon noodles / 200 yen (excluding tax)

First of all, we would like to introduce you to one-pot dishes that are perfect for winter. Many of you will have more opportunities to eat nabe dishes at home or out for dinner during the cold season. This is "Yose-ko-nabe", a thick Hakyu soup with a rich Hakyu broth. After enjoying the soup and ingredients to the fullest, please enjoy the finish. Zosui (rice porridge), ramen, and udon noodles are available for the finish.

Oita local cuisine: Ryukyu (cold yellowtail) / 990 yen (excluding tax)

The following is a local Oita dish called "Ryukyu". Seasonal mackerel is made into sashimi and marinated in sesame soy sauce. It is a dish that goes well with sake.
