Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

Do you like dashimaki tamago? I am sure there are many people who casually order it at the sake bar. It is one of the most popular and standard dishes that people tend to eat whenever it is on the table. We have an arrangement of dashimaki tamago with raw egg and shirasu added. Please enjoy the comparison while sipping sake.

What follows is a classic seared dish that can be easily enjoyed while sipping sake. When one thinks of seared fish at an izakaya (Japanese-style bar), many people think of the classic "hokke (dried hokke) overnight". The plump, grilled meat has little flavor and goes well with sake. Other recommended seared dishes include the "Daisen Dori Momo Skewer" made from Tottori chicken, which has a juicy and addictive flavor, and the "Seared Stingray Fin". We hope you enjoy them.
