Today, we would like to introduce our seasonal menu recommendations. The photo shows our current menu item, "Yaitohata no takikiawase" (Yaitohata grouper cooked together). Yaitohata is considered a high-class fish comparable to Kue, and the gelatin and fat under the skin is rich and full of flavor. It goes well with sake, so please enjoy it with your favorite sake.
