Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.
Please come to "Rakuzo Utage Umeda" when you want to enjoy seafood dishes while drinking sake, shochu, or other alcoholic beverages. Our restaurant offers a wide variety of creative Japanese dishes using both seafood and mountain vegetables. Today, among our many menu items, we would like to introduce a seared seafood dish and a recommended dish to finish off your meal.

To begin with, we would like to introduce some of our standard seared dishes. Pictured here are "Seared Surume Cuttlefish with Sweet and Spicy Sauce," which has a tangy, sweet and spicy taste that will become addictive, "Seared Vinegared Mackerel," which is rich in flavor, and "Dried Sea Hockey Overnight," which is served while enjoying the texture of its plump meat and savory aroma. Both are perfect as an accompaniment to sake. We hope you enjoy them.

The following item is recommended for those who want to enjoy seafood all the way through to the end of the meal. The "Today's Kaisen Barachirashizushi with Dashi broth" offers a variety of seafood served with rice. You can also enjoy a change of taste by pouring the accompanying dashi broth over the sushi. Please give it a try. On cold days, we also recommend "Today's Ara-jiru" to warm you up.
