Hello, I am the PR manager for the Umeda branch of Rakuzo Utage, a private dining room restaurant.

How is everyone doing in the second half of July? The hot summer is still continuing, but if you want to relax or refresh yourself, why don't you have a meal at "Rakuzo Utage Umeda"? Our restaurant offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages and a wide selection of creative Japanese dishes to go with your drinks.

Today, we would like to introduce our current seasonal menu.

Sea bream kombujime - with condiments - / 583 yen (tax included)

This is "Medai no Kombu Jime - Yakumi Ware" using medai and kombu (kelp). The flavor of the kelp enhances the delicate taste of the medallion. The lemon juice served with this dish makes it a refreshing dish. It is recommended as an accompaniment to a variety of alcoholic beverages, including beer, sake, and shochu. Deep-fried shiba shrimp / 649 yen (tax included)

Next, we will introduce "Deep-fried Shiba Prawn". The crispy fried batter allows you to enjoy the rich sweet taste of the prawns. Many diners will be tempted to try one and then the other.
