This is "Medai no Kombu Jime - Yakumi Ware" using medai and kombu (kelp). The flavor of the kelp enhances the delicate taste of the medallion. Next, we will introduce "Deep-fried Shiba Prawn". The crispy fried batter allows you to enjoy the rich sweet taste of the prawns. Many diners will be tempted to try one and then the other.
